Remuneration Policy

We have a remuneration policy in place that is in line with NN Group’s remuneration framework. The remuneration framework has been aligned with the business strategy, objectives, values and risk appetite, and promotes long-term value creation for all our stakeholders. In line with the remuneration framework, performance management is based on a number of financial and non-financial performance targets. These targets are aimed at robust and effective risk management and balanced risk-taking. This refers to all types of risk including ESG-related risks.
