Since September 2020, you can log into your employer portal through eHerkenning (EH). Why did we switch to this login method? And how does it affect you?

What is eHerkenning?

eHerkenning is an online tool that business owners can use to log in securely. You can think of it as a kind of DigiD for businesses. For several years now, most websites of government institutions have required you to log in using eHerkenning.

Why eHerkenning?

eHerkenning ensures that you are better protected online. One major advantage is that you can use eHerkenning to log into multiple organisations’ websites. If you want to log into the BeFrank employer portal, you need a level 3 eHerkenning key (EH3). You can recognise this by the following logo:

Authorise your pension advisor
