Once your customer has opted for a BeFrank pension scheme, we will start the implementation process. This page explains what your customer can expect.
If your client agrees to our proposal, we will draw up all the necessary legal documents. Your customer will receive the draft versions of these documents by e-mail.
Once your client gives the go-ahead, we will prepare the final versions. We will the send documents and a direct debit authorisation to your customer digitally. Your customer can then digitally sign the documents and authorisation. Easy!
Implementing the pension scheme
After that, we will prepare the pension administration system and portals for your client and activate the direct debit. In line with the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) rules, we will debit €0.01 from the customer’s account within six business days. This will allow us to implement the pension scheme even faster for your client.

At BeFrank, we appreciate transparency. We want your customer to know how the implementation is progressing. That’s why we’re honest about how long the implementation process is going to take.
Once we have received all the necessary documents and files, we’ll need about 20 business days to complete the implementation process.
The implementation process is complete once your client’s employees can use their personal pension pages. The employees will receive a message about this. The employer portal will become available to your customer at the same time. In the meantime, we will have already started investing the first pension contribution.
