In November, we organised the PensionPowerHour ‘The road to your retirement’. Participants aged 55 and over were invited to register for this webinar through the newsletter. Our Pension Consultant, Joost van der Velde, took them through the various steps on their way to retirement.
In 5 steps, Joost explained which pension choices you can make with BeFrank, how you build up your pension capital and how you can purchase your pension. After a demo, each participant could immediately see this information on their personal pension page.
Personal contact in the chat
During the webinar, our team was ready to answer all the participants’ questions directly in the chat, such as questions about retiring early, value transfer and the retirement date. This year’s webinar was bilingual, so all participants could chat in Dutch and English and follow the webinar with live English subtitles.
Activation email: ready to take action yourself?
Anyone who registered for the webinar has received an email with a link to the webinar, so that participants can review it at their leisure. In addition, we have listed the most important information to encourage participants to take action themselves in the 5 steps on your way to retirement.
The webinar rated as highly valuable
At the end of the webinar, participants were also invited to provide feedback. For example, 94% said they now know what steps they can take. The PensionPowerHour was awarded an outstanding grade of 8.7! We would therefore like to organise the event again. We will keep you informed of developments regarding the PensionPowerHour.
