Delta Lloyd/BeFrank best pension provider for the 4th time

Delta Lloyd and BeFrank have taken first place in the Performancemonitor Pensioen for the fourth successive year. The Performancemonitor, organised by consultancy agency IG&H Consulting & Interim, measures satisfaction among advisers regarding pension providers. The advisers gave Delta Lloyd and BeFrank a total score of 7.6.

The advisers put Delta Lloyd and BeFrank in first place in all the elements surveyed. The opinions expressed by the advisers included ‘Expert and empathetic’ on account management and ‘Clear and quick’ on the primary process.
