Marianne de Boer-Maasland, CEO of BeFrank will leave BeFrank. De Boer started as director of BeFrank at the beginning of 2015.

De Boer: “I am proud of the continuous autonomous growth that we have shown in recent years, and many customers have renewed their contract with BeFrank in 2017. Besides happy customers BeFrank has a great corporate culture, which employees enjoy contributing to. This means BeFrank is ready to go onto the next fase. BeFrank will do this together with NN PPI. I choose to let go of BeFrank and (after a short break) I will continue to do what I was able to do and learn in the past period, elsewhere. I am confident to leave BeFrank in good hands.

Michel van Elk, CEO NN Leven: “We are grateful for the important contribution of Marianne to BeFrank. Her contribution is one of the big reasons that BeFrank has become the successful enterprise that she is.

Following the approval of the supervisors, more information about the board of the merger company will be published. Until then Commercial Director Jan Hein Rhebergen will be making the final decisions at BeFrank.
