Full English-language service

BeFrank believes in modern communication.

In September 2012 we launched the ‘My Pension’ app, which means that employees can access their pension anytime and anywhere.

Starting on 1 January 2013 BeFrank will also provide a full service in the English language. If the employer opts for bilingual service, its employees can choose between English and Dutch when they log on to their pension statement. Depending on the language chosen, they will see all the information – legal documents, portals, pension planner, web forms, letters, leaflets and emails – in their preferred language. The employee can change the preferred language at any time; this changes the language of all communications and output.

This new facility allows BeFrank to communicate clearly and unambiguously with non-Dutch language employees.
