Change in the BeFrank board of directors
1 December 2020
Jan Hein Rhebergen will temporarily assume overall responsibility for BeFrank with effect from 1 January 2021. He will combine the daily management of the company with his current position as commercial director. Anne Wilschut will be focussing on a new direction in his career and will no longer be associated with BeFrank as director with effect of 1 January 2021.
Wilschut has been involved in NN PPI since the end of 2014. In his role as director of BeFrank, he has been responsible for the successful integration of NN PPI (Essentie Pensioen) and BeFrank over the past three years, among other things. Under his leadership, BeFrank has grown from a start-up to a mature and innovative pension company. BeFrank is now entering the next phase in which the first PPI in the Netherlands has set itself the goal of becoming one of the leading Dutch pension companies. Annemieke Visser-Brons, Managing Director of Pension Services at NN Leven en Pensioen: “We are grateful for Anne’s commitment, focus and expertise.”
Wilschut: “I am proud and honoured to have been able to lead BeFrank over the past few years and to experience this growth together. BeFrank is a uniquely energetic group of people with a passion for pension and innovation.”
