In mid-September, BeFrank, together with Nationale-Nederlanden and the University of Maastricht, will start a study of decisions regarding investment options within pension schemes. We are curious about people’s preferences and to what extent they mesh with the standard options chosen by the employer. This is why we will conduct the study among both participants and employers (only in Dutch). Research firm Ipsos is conducting the study.
Sending a questionnaire
We will start the study in mid-September, at which time participants will receive an invitation with a link to the questionnaire. Employers will receive a link to the questionnaire in October/November. Ipsos will send the invitation on behalf of BeFrank and you can recognise the link by BeFrank@ipsos-online.com. Good to know: the study has no effect on the current scheme.
Study and result are anonymous
The results of the study are anonymous and cannot be traced back to any person or organisation. We only share an e-mail address and name with Ipsos in order to send the invitation. Only general information about the pension scheme is used for the study. We also share these with the researchers of the University of Maastricht, so that they can make a proper analysis.
Why this study
We are curious about the results of the study. Together with other studies, we will use it as input to improve our services where necessary. As soon as we have the results, we will of course share them.
